Domestic Shipping & Delivery Policy

• At Empress Premium Wear, we take great care in delivering your products to you in the best possible way.

• We ship the orders within 10 to 15 working days from the order placement date unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

• We partner only with nationally reputed couriers and our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. excluding public holidays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Empress Premium Wear will only ship products to the address given by you on our website at the time of placing the order. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. We ship to all locations in India.

• Since all our products are handmade and some made to order, and customizable there may be little bit delay in shipping. We will keep you informed over mail / text.

• If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

• As soon as your product is shipped, we will email/text/automated text. you a package tracking information so that you can track your packet during transit.

International Shipping & Delivery Policy

• At Empress Premium Wear, we take great care in delivering your products to you in the best possible way.

• We ship the orders to international destinations within 10 to 15 working days from the order placement date unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

• International shipping charges will be borne by the customer irrespective of the purchase value. Shipping charges for all our international customers will be calculated during checkout depending on the order value and dimensions of your order.

• Any custom charges, VAT or any other taxes or levies are to be borne by the customer.

• We use the services of internationally reputed courier companies so that our customers receive the product in the best possible condition. Our courier partner will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. local time excluding public holidays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Delivery of all orders will be duly done at the address mentioned at time of purchase. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. We ship to all destinations abroad.
